Key Responsibilities

  • Drive Revenue Growth: Actively identify and pursue new sales opportunities in the biotech and life sciences research sectors, boosting revenue and expanding our market presence.
  • Build Lasting Client Relationships: Cultivate strong, trust-based partnerships with clients by understanding and anticipating their unique needs and delivering tailored solutions as their trusted go-to resource.
  • Master Product Expertise: Stay ahead of the curve by maintaining in-depth knowledge of our products and services, enabling you to educate clients and recommend optimal solutions confidently.
  • Collaborate Across Teams: Partner seamlessly with colleagues to address client inquiries and challenges with precision, ensuring a cohesive and client-focused approach.
  • Enhance Customer Experience: Expertly manage client expectations and experiences, streamlining order fulfillment and delivery processes to deliver exceptional service, ensure customer satisfaction and foster long-term loyalty. 

What We're Looking For

  • Highly self motivated with a proactive, results-driven mindset capable of working independently and collaboratively.
  • Enthusiasm for face-to-face client engagement, particularly through unsolicited cold visits that leave a positive lasting impression, and a willingness to travel for in-person client meetings and sales opportunities, primarily within the US and occasionally international trips.
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills, particularly in making meaningful connections with clients.
  • Proven outbound sales experience, preferably in the biotech or life sciences related sectors.
  • Must have at least a bachelor's degree in Life Sciences (e.g., Biochemistry, Biology, or related fields).
  • Located in the Katy/Houston area. When not engaging with clients on-site, this role requires presence in our office during regular business hours.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

We're seeking a detail-oriented and organized Junior Customer Success Specialist to join our growing team! This is a junior-level position, ideal for recent graduates or early-career professionals looking to build expertise in biotech customer support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build expert product knowledge: Expand in-depth expert knowledge of our biotech products to assist customers and streamline internal processes.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service and support: Contribute to a positive customer experience through clear communication, issue resolution, and reliable support.
  • Create and maintain documentation: Support the organization and accuracy of documentation for internal teams and external clients to ensure consistency and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with our Team: Work effectively with cross-functional teams to address client inquiries and concerns with precision and empathy.
  • Support digital marketing: Produce digital marketing material to keep our customers and partners informed about company updates, products and new developments.

What We're Looking For

  • Must have at least a bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences (Biochemistry, Biology, or related fields).
  • Proficiency with popular AI tools and the Microsoft Office Suite, especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong interpersonal abilities.
  • A proactive, results-oriented, and self-driven mindset with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience with digital marketing tools (e.g., social media or SEO tools) is an asset.
  • Located in the Katy/Houston area. This will be primarily an in-office job.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
