Location: Katy/Houston, TX (Hybrid: Office & Remote with ~30% travel)

This Biotech Sales Professional role blends high-impact digital/online sales (70–80% of your time) with strategic, occasional outbound/field sales (20–30% of your time). You will leverage modern tools and virtual channels to generate and close opportunities at scale, while still enjoying targeted in-person relationship building when it matters most. Key Responsibilities
- Pioneer and Drive Digital Revenue Growth: Act as an intrapreneur by autonomously researching, evaluating and developing highly effective online platforms, channels, virtual tools and sales methodologies. Identify and generate high quality leads, build a robust pipeline, and expand our revenue in the biotech and life-sciences research market.
- Manage and Navigate Diverse Sales Cycle: Drive deals from initial qualification to close across different sectors, such as academic institutions (PIs, Lab Managers), private pharma/biotech companies and distributors. You will adapt your approach to navigate unique funding structures, deliver highly technical virtual presentations, negotiate contracts, and maintain rigorous pipeline visibility and accurate forecasting using HubSpot CRM.
- Build and Nurture Client Relationships: Develop long-term partnerships by understanding the research goals of our clients and positioning Reddot Biotech as a reliable and critical solution provider.
- Execute Strategic Field Sales: Conduct high-value in-person client visits, key account closings, and represent Reddot Biotech at industry trade-shows (primarily U.S.-based, limited international travel).
- Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with product, customer service, and leadership teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment and exceptional customer experience.
- Master Market Expertise: Stay ahead of the curve by maintaining in-depth knowledge of our products and services, monitoring industry trends to provide expert guidance to researchers, enabling you to educate clients and recommend optimal solutions confidently.
- Enhance Customer Experience: Expertly manage client expectations and experiences, streamlining order fulfillment and delivery processes to deliver exceptional service, ensure customer satisfaction and foster long-term loyalty.
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 5 years of proven online or digital sales experience in biotech, life-sciences, or research-products (required); 7+ years strongly preferred.
- Must have at least a bachelor's degree in Life Sciences (e.g., Biochemistry, Biotechnology, Molecular Biology, or related fields).
- Demonstrated success in digital/inside sales or hybrid selling environments, including online sales platforms prospecting, virtual demos, and email campaign execution.
- Hands-on experience with a CRM system (HubSpot preferred).
- Excellent virtual and in-person communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to make meaningful connections with clients and build trust quickly.
- Highly self motivated with a proactive, results-driven mindset capable of working independently and collaboratively.
- Located in the greater Katy/Houston area; comfortable with a hybrid office/virtual schedule and occasional travel.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
What We Offer
- Base salary $75,000 – $100,000 + uncapped commission structure with on-target earnings of $110,000 – $130,000+.
